I'm Nikki — a solo founder with 10+ years of marketing experience, a background in holistic nutrition, and a genuine obsession with how spaces make people feel.

When my husband and I invested in our first short-term rental, I did what I always do — I built the brand with intention. Launched the Instagram. Leaned into the content. We surpassed our Year 1 booking goals, and other STR owners started reaching out organically asking how I did it.

That was the proof of concept. Solarra was born from that moment.

I started in this space under a different name, building something real — helping dozens of STR owners across North America build brands, launch social accounts, and fill their calendars. As I grew, I knew I needed to build something fully my own.

Solarra is that. Same heart, refined vision. A brand built around the belief that every great property deserves to be seen the way it actually feels — warm, intentional, cinematic. Not like a stock photo. Not like every other Airbnb listing. Like the specific, irreplaceable experience only your space can offer.

Project inquiry & discovery call

You fill out the project inquiry form and I review your property, goals, and timeline. If we're a fit, we get on a complimentary discovery call to talk through your vision and map out the right package from there.

Brand development

Before I ever visit your property, we build the brand foundation — guest research, visual identity, tone of voice, and strategy. This becomes the layer everything else is built around, ensuring every photo and caption feels intentional and cohesive.

On-site content shoot

I travel to your property and stay on-site for 2–5 nights. In that time I learn the light, the feeling, the moments that make your space what it is — and capture everything. Photography, video, drone, lifestyle, staged scenes. All built around your brand.

Instagram launch

I set up and optimize your Instagram from scratch — bio, highlights, branded covers, done-for-you posts and reels — and hand over your Social Media Reference Guide so you know exactly how to keep the momentum going long after we wrap.

Delivery & ongoing support

You receive your full content bank, brand assets, and reference guides. From there you can manage the page yourself using my guides, add ongoing social media management, or hand everything off to a social media manager — fully set up for success.

A note on ongoing management — my focus is on building you a strong foundation and setting you up for long-term success. After your launch, I offer seasonal content packs to keep your feed fresh — but day-to-day social media management isn't something I provide. You'll leave with everything you need to manage it yourself or hand it to a social media manager with confidence.
