Project inquiry & discovery call
Fill out the project inquiry form and I'll review your property, your goals, and your timeline. If we're a fit, we'll get on a call to talk through your vision, choose the right package, and map out the project from there.
Brand development
Before I ever step foot on your property, we build your brand foundation — guest research, brand identity, visual direction, tone of voice. This becomes the strategic layer every piece of content is built around.
On-site content shoot
I travel to your property and stay on-site for 2–5 nights. In that time I capture everything — golden hour photography, lifestyle moments, interior details, drone footage, and short-form video content — all built around your brand.
Instagram launch
I set up and optimize your Instagram profile from scratch — bio, highlights, branded covers, done-for-you posts and reels — and hand over your personalized Social Media Reference Guide so you know exactly how to keep the momentum going.
Final delivery & ongoing support
You receive your full content bank, brand assets, and reference guides. From there, you can manage the page yourself using my guides, book ongoing social media management, or pass everything off to a social media manager — fully set up for success.
